We strongly believe in an open market for the distribution of race signals.
One of our core guiding principals is to provide you our customer with as much track content as we can obtain at a fair price, so you can freely decide where you want to play.
We do honor the requests of some of our track partners who require that we not take wagers on their tracks from residents of certain states (usually where they are located, or where they have other operations). In those cases, even though we carry the track, if you are signing on from one of the restricted states, you won’t see that track available for wagering in your ticket window.
In addition, we do not accept race wagers from customers when you are then physically located in a restricted state for racing. You can see all State restrictions by signing in, then clicking on the “Help/Support” tab, and then clicking on “State Restrictions” in the left margin. That page identifies those states which specifically prohibit us from accepting race wagers, or which we’ve been advised that the law is sufficiently uncertain that we should opt out of accepting wagers from such state.
While it certainly is a hodgepodge of contracts, laws and regulations, we work through them with the objective of bringing you as many tracks as possible. And don’t forget, if you like a track you don’t see, please let us know and we will do our best to go get it for you.
