How do I deposit funds into my account?

Go to our DEPOST page under "My Account", and then choose the method of deposit. Bet America offers many convenient ways to deposit funds. Choose your deposit method and then follow the steps in order to fund your account.

How do I make a withdrawal from my account?

To make a withdrawal from your account, go to our WITHDRAW FUNDS page under "My Account" and complete the required steps to withdraw your funds.

How can I track my account activity, including deposits and withdrawals?

You can track your deposit and withdrawal activity from the ACCOUNT HISTORY page under "My Account". You can track your wager history from the WAGER HISTORY page, again under the My account link. By choosing the date range you wish to view, you can see your entire account and wager history for the given period.

How can I see my current account balance?

Your account balance is displayed on the individual handicapping pages, in the bet pad, and in different areas throughout the site. You can also go to the MY ACCOUNT page under the "My Account" button at the top of the page. This page will provide all of the current information for your account, including the information you entered when setting up your account.

Is there a minimum deposit amount?

Yes, there is a $25 minimum deposit amount when using eCash, $20 for MoneyPak, and $25 for Credit Cards.

There is a minimum $50 initial deposit when making your first deposit by check or wire transfer, but no minimum after the initial deposit.

With your first eCash deposit we limit the amount credited to your account to $200. If you requested a larger deposit than this amount, the balance will be deposited to your account when we receive the funds from the bank, which usually takes 4-5 business days.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

Yes, there is a $10 minimum withdrawal amount. In the event that you are closing your account with us, we will waive the minimum withdraw amount and send you the complete balance in your account.

Deposits via ECASH – Funds Transfer

ECASH is the quickest and easiest method of depositing funds. Funds are transferred electronically from your U.S. Based checking/savings/money market accounts to your BetAmerica wagering account. ECASH transfers are completely free, and are a convenient way to deposit AND withdraw funds from your BetAmerica account.

After your first deposit to your wagering account from your bank account, you will need to complete and send in the Authorization form before you will be able to make additional deposits.

You can download the Authorization form by CLICKING HERE. Attach a voided check and fax it back to us at 800-860-6067, or you can scan it and email it to accounts@betamerica.com.

This is a one time requirement and then you will be able to make additional free electronic deposits from your checking account.

When will my eCash withdraw be received?

If you are a new customer or do not have a sufficient history of making collected deposits with us, we will process your withdrawal request when all outstanding deposits have been collected by us. This normally takes 4-5 business days after a deposit was made. When we have collected all deposits, we will process your withdrawal request on the next business day. You should receive funds in your account within 1-2 days after is is processed.

When you have a sufficient history with us of collected deposits, your withdrawal requests will be processed on the next business day, and you should expect to see funds in your account within 1 – 2 business days after the withdrawal request is processed.

Depositing Via Credit Card

You can deposit up to $100 initially with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex cards. After your initial $100 deposit you will need to do download and fill out our Credit Card Authorization form and either emailing it to accounts@betamerica.com or faxing it back to us at 800-860-6067. Credit Card transactions will be occur as quasi-cash transactions under the name "BAM SOFTWARE AND SERVICES LLC", the technology provider for our site. Some banks may charge an additional cash advance fee for quasi-cash transactions; please check with your financial institution for more details.

Once you have completed the Credit Card Authorization Form your Credit Card Limits will be as follows:

• $1000 per Day
• $3000 per Week
• $5000 per Month

You may store up to two credit cards in our system for reuse.

Depositing Via Green Dot MoneyPak

Green Dot MoneyPak are prepaid cash cards that you can purchase at participating retailers in denominations of $20 to $500 (a list of retailers can be found on the moneypak deposit page). You must ensure that when purchasing a Moneypak card that you DO NOT purchase a prepaid Visa or MC card, as these will not work (however, some prepaid Visa/MC will work in our Credit Card deposit area, so please try these cards there).

MoneyPak has a series of imposed limits for deposit:

• Maximum of 4 transactions/$1500 in a 24hr period
• Maximum of 7 transactions/$3500 per 7 days
• Maximum of 20 transactions/$5000 per 30 days
